Day 1 - Arrival in Paro and transfer to Thimphu
Arrival at Paro International Airport. Arrive in Bhutan through Paro and then transfer to Thimphu which is approximately 2 hours by road.

Day 2 - Explore Thimpu’s major attractions
We will mainly visit the popular places in Thimphu , the sightseeing spots.
Morning we will visit Tashichho Dzong which is the seat of Bhutan’s government and home
to the king's office. This beautiful fortress monastery is a must see for its architectural
design and religious significance. Then we will visit the National Memorial Chorten, a
stupa dedicated to Bhutan’s third king. Then we will visit Buddha Dordenma offering panoramic
views of Thimpu. This is one of the largest Buddha statues in the world. We will then visit the
Folk Heritage museum which showcases traditional Bhutanese living, artifacts and farming tools.
Evening at the Thimphu night market. We can visit Norzin lam where one can buy traditional
Bhutanese souvenirs and handicrafts.
Day 3 - Cultural and Spiritual Exploration
We will head to Changangkha Lhakhang which is one of the oldest temple in Thimphu.
The temple is important for locals and offers great view of the city. Then we can visit National
Textile Museum and learn about the history and techniques of Bhutanese weaving. One can purchase
traditioanl textiles here. We can then head to a monastery and spend some time for unique
spiritual experince. Then we can explore the craft bazar and shop for Bhutanese jewelery,
handicrafts and traditional artworks.
Day 4 - Day trip to Phajoding Monastrey or Hiking Adventure
We can take a scenic hike to Phajoding Monastrey located on a hilltop overlooking Thimphu.
The hike offers views of the valley and is an excellent opportunity to immerse oneself in Bhutanese
Bhuddhist culture. One can enjoy the tranquility of the monastery. Or one can visit the Royal Botanical Park.

Day 5 - Final Exploration and departure
We will visit the Royal Textile academy then lunch at a traditional Bhutanese restaurant.
We will try their traditional dishes, Ema Datshi, Red rice and Phaksha Paa.
After exploring Thimphu we will return back to Paro and then it is time for departure.
